To return a product to our customer care team, fill in our returns form then follow the instructions you’ll receive by email. Postage is free.
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges.
How to return & post your product
- Click here to fill in the returns form and print a freepost label.
- Package your return in an appropriate postage package and seal & secure the box so items can not touched or fall out.
- Please Include all the items that came with your product. (As best as possible)
- Print your pre paid postage label.
- Attach your prepaid label
- Take it to the post office and ask for a certificate of posting. (You must keep a copy of this certificate)
- Your product will be assessed, processed and a replacement or a refund will be issued.
